Principle of Slow Closing Silencing Check Valve
The working principle of a slow closing and silencing check valve is to automatically open and close the valve based on the pressure generated by fluid flow. The switch of the slow closing soundproof check valve adopts a slow closing method, which can reduce the occurrence of water hammer and water hammer, thereby achieving the effect of soundproofing. It is a type of hydraulic control valve.
1. The interior of the slow closing and silencing check valve consists of two water chambers, and the interception port of the diaphragm water chamber is a water passage (the maximum area of the interception port is close to the diameter area of the pipe); The water chamber on the diaphragm is a pressure regulating chamber;

When the water pump stops working, due to the weight of the valve disc and the pressure in the upper water chamber, the cut-off port quickly closes to 90%, and the remaining 10% uses a conduit to transfer the pressure behind the valve to the upper water chamber; As the pressure in the upper water chamber increases, the interception port will slowly close the remaining 10%, which is why the check valve plays a slow noise reduction role.
3. When using a slowly closing silencing check valve, the control valve can be opened by rotating the needle valve counterclockwise by 2 and a half turns. If you find a water hammer phenomenon, you can fine tune the control valve by turning it down and the needle valve by turning it counterclockwise to eliminate the water hammer phenomenon.
